Same Day Orders
The cut off time for same day orders is 4 pm EST. We offer both black and white shirts for same day orders.

Order Processing
Items ordered from www.PhoenixHorizon2017.com take approximately 2 to 5 business days to be fulfilled (or longer during holiday seasons) and additional time to be sent out.

Returns/Exchanges: Custom T-Shirts and Other Custom Items

All custom orders including t-shirts, other types of apparel and/or any custom items sales are FINAL. No refunds/exchanges will be issued unless there was a mistake by the organization and their employees.
